We hope this message finds you well! As you know, your child is enrolled in our year-long Standard or Accelerated Program, which runs from August 2024 through June 2025. With November coming to an end, we’re reaching out to share the December schedule and tuition details.
December Classes
- Dates: Classes will run from December 1–22.
- Schedule: Please review the attached December schedule. Adjustments have been made due to teacher availability.
- Tuition: Tuition has been prorated to reflect the updated class schedule.
Holiday Weeks (December 23 – January 5): Any additional classes during the holiday period will be announced separately and billed at a single-class rate.
Important Notes
- No Makeup Classes: Missed classes in December cannot be made up after the month ends.
- Attendance Policy:
- Students who do not attend their December classes will be moved to the Recreational Program.
- Upon their return, re-evaluation will be required to determine their placement.
- Consistent attendance is crucial for maintaining progress and ensuring continued growth in their training.
