Emma started dancing at age 4 with Anaheim Ballet. From there she went on to train with Inland Pacific Ballet Academy where she also learned tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, and contemporary. For a short time, she also danced with Inland Empire Academy of the Arts. During this time, she also participated in many productions, including The Nutcracker (one season with the Pasadena Dance Theatre), Sleeping Beauty, A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Don Quixote, Serenade, The Awakening of Flora, and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. She attended summer intensives with Inland Pacific Ballet Academy, Anaheim Ballet and two summers with Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. She also was a participant for two years in the Youth America Grand Prix ballet competition. Emma attended the University of San Francisco where she danced with the USF Dance Ensemble. She later transferred to Chapman University in Orange where she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and her MBA. Since finishing her masters, she has returned to both Anaheim Ballet and IPB Academy to keep up with her training. She currently teaches at both Anaheim Ballet and IPB Academy at all levels but primarily focuses on pre-ballet and Ballet 1.
