Scarlett Kylie Headshot Inland Pacific Ballet 2022

Scarlett Kiley

Apprentice

Scarlett discovered her passion for dance at the early age of 5, when she studied ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, and tap at local studios. At age 11, she began focusing on her ballet training with Cecilia Herring at the School of International Ballet in Redlands. She took part in many performances over the years, including the role of Clara in Inland Dance Theatre’s 2018 production of The Nutcracker. Additional appearances include Alice in Wonderland, Coppélia, and Sleeping Beauty. In 2020, Scarlett began training at IPB Academy where she has since performed in Inland Pacific Ballet’s The Nutcracker,
and IPB Academy’s recitals of The Little Mermaid, The Sleeping Beauty, and numerous other performances. Scarlett has furthered her ballet training by attending many summer intensive programs, including Ballet West in Salt Lake City, UT in 2019, Virtual Bolshoi Ballet Academy in 2020, the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Windsor, CT, in 2021, and most recently, Ellison Ballet in New York, NY. She has competed in the Youth America Grand Prix since 2020, and this past season placed in the Top 24 Senior
Classical Division, Top 12 Large Ensemble Division alongside her peers, received scholarship offers from Ballet West and Bolshoi Ballet Academy, and attended the YAGP finals in Tampa, FL. Scarlett has much gratitude for the opportunity to train and perform with Inland Pacific Ballet in her third season as an IPB Academy Apprentice, and cannot wait for an unforgettable year!
