Begun in 2018, this project provides a platform for young people to experience firsthand the professional elements of putting on musical theater performances. Cast members ages 6–18 are selected by open audition to work with industry professionals and receive coaching in dancing, acting and singing. The eight-week program culminates with public performances of the selected production.
