Ahlias Tiamzon
Ahlias was born and raised in Long Beach, California. They started training in dance their senior year of high school with Cabrillo Dance Company under Keisha Clark Booth. They danced for Nannette Brodie Dance Theater, an industry-based dance crew called Breed, Pasadena Dance Theatre, and Southern California Dance Theatre. They continued their education at California Institute of the Arts on the Presidents Scholarship, during summers off from school they earned full scholarships to Donald Byrd’s Summer Intensive and Joffrey Ballet Summer intensive. They currently do work with the Dance Industry in LA and have danced in FKA Twigs music video Tears in the Club and expands their training in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, African, Hip-hop, Street-styles, and Heels.
Brandon J
Brandon was born and raised in Miami, Florida where he started his career in Hip Hop performing with the group Live in Color. He attended college at Florida A&M University where he choreographed and performed with the FAMU STRIKERS. Brandon then moved to Los Angeles to further his career in dance. Since moving to the West Coast, he has had the opportunity to perform for a variety of Hip Hop artists, films, and learning institutions. He has gained recognition for his work with the Inland Pacific Ballet Academy, Pomona College, Chaffey College and The University of California Riverside. Brandon J has been performing with Inland Pacific Ballet since 2007 in productions such as The Nutcracker, The Nutty Nutcracker and The Little Mermaid. Brandon has developed an abiding love for the performing arts and has inspired many of the youth he has met because of his moving performances. Chloe Koutroulis
Chloe began dancing as soon as she could walk. She started her training as a commercial dancer and discovered her passion for classical ballet at the age of 12.
Chloe was selected on scholarship as an ambassador for the National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) and studied in Moscow, Russia. Upon completion of the program, she was invited to attend the Bolshoi Ballet Academy’s year-round program in Moscow. She continued her professional training through summer intensives with prestigious institutions including the Bolshoi Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, Dutch National Ballet, Brussels International Ballet, Arizona Ballet, Colorado Ballet, and State Street Ballet.
Chloe has performed roles in a wide range of classical and contemporary works, including The Nutcracker, Le Corsaire, Giselle, Paquita, Graduation Ball, La Baydère, Rodeo, and Swan Lake, as well as numerous neoclassical and contemporary pieces. She began freelancing during her time in Colorado and continues to perform throughout Southern California. In 2024, Chloe joined Inland Pacific Ballet as a company member, where she continues to share her love of ballet on stage.
Joshua Collins
Joshua is delighted to step into the magical world of Mary Poppins with Inland Pacific Ballet and Candlelight Pavilion. A firm believer that a spoonful of sweetness can brighten even the grayest day, Joshua brings warmth, precision, and theatrical flair to every performance.
His previous credits with Inland Pacific Ballet include Beauty and the Beast (Dancing Candlestick), Lilypada (Thorn the Beetle), and Billy Elliot (Older Billy/Ensemble). He also had the pleasure of performing in Candlelight Christmas, where he performed his favorite role to date as Santa and Momma’s favorite toy Duckie! That particular feathered honor remains one of his most cherished theatrical memories. Beyond the stage, Joshua shares his passion for the arts as a coach with Inland Pacific Ballet Academy and the Morning Conservatory. He is deeply grateful for the magic of live theatre and the vibrant community that continues to inspire him.
Kelsey Dorr
Kelsey is a native Californian. Her training includes a Vaganova background for her primary education continuing onto Boston Ballet, Colorado Ballet, and the European School ART under William Forsythe. She has danced with the Mikhailovsky Ballet of St. Petersburg in Flames of Paris, and in Sleeping Beauty with American Ballet Theater, choreographed and coached by Alexie Ratmansky. Concurrently, Kelsey danced with Pasadena Dance Theater and with Anaheim Ballet where she performed in La Esmeralda, La Bayadere, Swan Lake, Paquita, Suite en Blanc, Masquerade and The Nutcracker. Kelsey also is a freelance ballet dancer around the LA area, performing for several ballet festivals and dance projects, including unique opportunities like One Direction’s music video, “Steal My Girl”, LA Fashion Week and weddings. Kelsey joined Inland Pacific Ballet as a soloist and has performed in The Little Mermaid, The Nutcracker, New Works and excerpts from Dracula and Talisman.
Madelynn hampton
Madelynn is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and began her dance training there at Jefferson Ballet Theatre. She furthered her training at summer programs such as American Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin, Kaatsbaan Extreme Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and Daria Klimentová’s masterclasses. Madelynn started her career at Colorado Ballet as a trainee. Two years later, she joined Alabama Ballet as a company member, where she danced in numerous Balanchine works. Then in 2020 she joined Ballet Pensacola as a soloist and also worked with Tallahassee Ballet. During her time there she had the opportunity to perform multiple principal and soloist roles from ballets such as The Nutcracker, La Fille Mal Gardee, Swan Lake, Snow White, Wizard of Oz, Dracula, and multiple new works. Madelynn moved to California in 2024 and has been freelancing in film and also with companies such as Contempo Ballet, SoCal Ballet Scene, and Ballet Project Orange County. Madelynn joined Inland Pacific Ballet in 2025.

Michael Milligan
Michael has been a performer, choreographer, and instructor in the Inland Empire area for over 20 years. He began his training at Broadway Expressions School of the Performing Arts, went on to train at various studios and programs including RCC and IPBA, went to school for dance and business, and now holds a CTE Teaching Credential in dance and an MBA. His directing/choreography credits include Cinderella, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Seussical…, Phantom, Joseph and the Amazing…, My Fair Lady. He has taught for River Springs Charter Schools, Encore HS, DanceMoveLive, CAT, OBCT, RVPAA, and directed and/or choreographed at many locations including the Redlands Bowl, LifeHouse Theater, Lewis Family Playhouse, CAT, and OBCT. Michael is currently a member of the company at the Inland Pacific Ballet, teaches for IPBA, runs Milligan Productions, is the Artistic Director at the LifeHouse Theater, and performs/choreographs whenever he can.
